Sam Taggart cut his teeth in Corporate America before setting out on own as consultant. He quickly realized that the one thing missing from most software development teams was the human element. We often get stuck on the technical details and lose sight of what human problem we are even solving. We also get caught up working for the existing code and systems instead of making them work for us. Sam helps software teams take a step back and develop systems, processes, and tools to meet the needs of all the humans involved in the process: the development team, the business people and the end users.
