Amy is the Founder of The Empathy Action Lab, a collective that guides progressive, mission-driven organizations to meet current needs and prepare for the future. Through Healing for Work she trains leaders in emotional intelligence and psychological safety to enhance workplace wellbeing and foster thriving organizations.
As a member of the Guiding Council of Either/org, she leads research to re-sequence organizations, challenging the dominance of traditional Western business culture prevalent in many business, non-profit, and government structures. Amy is the bestselling author of Empathy for Change: How to Build a More Understanding World providing stories and frameworks to catalyze change.
